When: Last Friday, when for some odd reason it turned cold, and when I say cold I mean 70 degrees.
Well, we have two modes of transportation represented here, one rides a little faster than the other depending on which way the hill goes. I'd personally take the horse if I could park it in a stable at work, but they frown upon animals in the workplace unfortunately. The cruiser above is my main way of getting to work in the less snowy months and I enjoy it immensely. One issue I have had, which I resolved with a rectangle basket instead of an oval one, is the baskets capacity for not only my handbag & coffee mug, but anything else I need such as cute shoes. Speaking of shoes it's key to have flats to ride in, so that you do not ruin your other more expensive/impractical shoes. I find the Halogen Bianca shoes great for comfort and riding as well as many of the Steve Madden flats, since they have a rubber sole that actually grip the pedal. Keep these things in mind and you should look as if you belonged on a bike.
